•Production Duration
Production takes 3-14 working days from payment depending on the timeframe assigned to individual products. Please make sure to read each product description to know the production timeframe before ordering. Although your order can be earlier than the above stated timeframe, we prefer giving ample time to avoid disappointments.

•Shipping/Delivery
Delivery takes 2-5 working days within Nigeria and 3-7 working days outside Nigeria. Please note that this timeframe will take effect from when you receive an email notification of the completion of your order.

•Refunds & Returns
All complaints must be made within 3 days from the date your order was delivered.

No refunds except where deemed necessary by our Costumer Service Team.

All custom orders cannot be exchanged.

For domestic orders, exchange can be accepted if complaint is made within 3 days from the delivery date of the order and upon a review by our Costumer Service Team.

Where an exchange request has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Service Team, we will only accept such exchanges where the said item has not been used and is returned in the condition purchased and original packaging.

International orders are not eligible for returns. However, a refund can be made if reviewed and deemed fit by our Customer Service Team. Shipping charges applied to the said order will however not be refunded.

Please make sure to view our size charts before placing your order, to avoid purchasing a wrong size, as such order will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
